i'm having a little problem with my scooby and i think it's the injectors that aren't opening
i can hear the fuel pump work but when i start it runs for a couple seconds but very badly
checked the plugs and fuel lines yesterday.
the car was fine when i parked it 2 days ago.
any idea's?
can i put my injectors in my dads hawkeye to test them?

does the car always start on initial start up but then cut out but never fails to initaly start? your car uses its map sensor input for initial start up then switches over to mass air flow meter once running this is because the air mass meter cant pick up on the initial depresion in the manifold on start up!! if you disconect the air flow meter the ecu will adopt a default value and then hopfully start give that a try! hope this helps regards chris
