Oil leak ..... Help !!!

God this car is doing my head in and i could do with some advice !!! noticed an oil leak on the car a few weaks ago took it to revaluation and they diagnosed the rocker gasket on driver side, so we told them to do both sides to make sure. £250 later car still leaking at the amount of smoke coming from the engine is mental !! looks like its gonna blow up ! took it back to revaluation and they said that the bolt gaskets that were put on where to small so that's where it was leaking from and that the oil was dripping onto the exhaust causing the smoke. again they fixed it yesterday. drove the car home ........ no smoke ....... thought yippie !!!! parked it up came out this morning to check it over and there is another puddle of fresh oil but this time it seems to be more central and higher up ( about mid engine ) !!

Im totally baffled and get rather fed up with it now, .... any clues .... ?????

just a question have u steamed or cleaned engine off after it was fixwd as could be just oil dripping from same leak if u have done this and its central to the engine and to the rear i,e between gear box and engine could be the crank seal there prone to go mate

From the rear crank seal on mine it was dripping from around the starter motor ish area then dropping onto crossmember then floor maybe get a taorch and pop your head under. If you dont want to get dirty kindon could find it straight away no dout
