Sti 9 rods against maley h beams

Just been speaking to a few people iver my time reasearching into my build. Now its time i get cracking sooo
After some first hand advice on this as the nets full of info contradicting itself

Now sti 9 rods are supossed to be capable of 400-450 but some say your always wundering when they go
Then theres maley h beam rods some say 500 max some saye 650 will be fine

Now cars not goin to be on the track just odd fast road use if i see a lancer lol
Anyone used these rods till failure or currently have them with decent power
