| Depends what you are after from it, the VF turbos are all pretty good, as are the td05 16, 18 and 20g's really depends on your power goals and how much you have to spend. | |

| Fot the above a TD05 16g will create the required amount of bhp and pretty cheap and easy to get hold of. | |

| hi oggy i know its no used to you now but, yeah i can defiantly confirm it was a td04, the power thing was a guess, here is how i guessed:
From a rolling start in first with both cars been off boost, it pulled away comfortably from a standard ish newage with only panel filter and exhaust,
Also again a similar standard classic sti with the same exhaust and filter mod they chuck about 275ish in standard form and the red one kept up with that all of the way, so it is only a guess but 260/270 should be there or there abouts....
I honestly don't know if its been mapped, it always ran slightly to rich for my liking, odd time it would over fuel and you would get a loud bang (like antilag in a way) meaning it might of had the up rated pump fitted, tho i know they normally come with grey 380 standard injectors, if you look its got the 440 (yellow)
that would tell me it would need mapping, only way to check is pull the carpet back on the passenger side foot-well, un-do the 4 nuts holding the protective plate, and see whats there, could of been mapped but i don't think it has, but i could be wrong
Hope this helps James | |

| 260 270 is a pretty good estimation I would say, the 99my imprezas came with the yellow injectors as standard, they do produce good power when they are able to breath freely so you are still not sure if it has been mapped. Best thing to do is get your name down for our rolling road day, then you will know exactly what its doing https://nesf.forumotion.co.uk/t12150-11th-november-rolling-road-day-at-motorscope | |
