hi all. quick bit of info about ones self.................. my car is a sti type r version 6 v-ltd.... and the things has cost me a fortune!!! the spec list is:- -2.5 2007 sti lump with version 6 heads to suit. standard sti internals with acl race bearings. - aps sr 40 turbo - walbro fuel pump - sard 600cc injectors - apexi ecu with power commander - exedy paddle clutch - exedy 5.75kg flywheel - all braided fuel lines - sytec adjustable fuel pressure reg with viewing gauge - hks front mount with heat wrapped piping - aps cold air intake (mounted in wing with recent new filter) - autobahn 88 silcone turbo intake pipe - new alloy oil catch tank (looks the nuts!) - magnecor racing leads - ngk pfr7b plugs - oil cooler mounted where origional intercooler was - hks equal length heat wrapped headers and up pipe (3bolt flange) - full blitz nur spec exhaust 3 1/2" from turbo back to nur spec 5" back box. - since i bought the car (june 2007) i have had it mapped twice by andy forrest. When i bought it, it was running a closed deck 2.0 lump which i origionally had mapped then changed it to the 2.5 lump in june 2009 as i was after something that mated better to the turbo as it was rather laggy and this is what andy recommended. last map was in august 2009 and he set the boost at 1.2 bar (roughly between 390-410 hp- andy's estimates) and torque by the bucket full. - it has a sti version 7 front and rear seats (blue alcantara) which look really nice with the blue paint and dash. - it has a genuine p1 front bumper with fog lights- looks awesome. - full carbon bonnet with carbon sti 8 vent and smaller carbon bonnet vents. - it has autobahn 88 coolant pipes, silicone boost/vaccuum pipes and various parts powdercoated red under the bonnet to brighten the engine bay up. - its also got some nice new 18" inovite evo wheels in bronze with polished lip. looks awesome!!!! ......................... apart from that im not sure what bits ive missed. my other loves in life are the missus, bikes, alcohol and holidays (obviously) in that order. hope to get to know you guys better and maybe help each other with tips and trading ;-) look forward to the next meet. :-)
