Had a set of HSD HR on my blob but didn't like them, very stiff on the softest setting and you either need to go under the car of take the wheels off to adjust the damping. They only lasted about a year before they started creeking and sometimes the damper would stick and then suddenly move with a bang. driftworks were not very helpful when i complained and tried to blame me for setting up wrong??? Got a set of BC's instead and very happy with them.

I'll wait and see what your opinions are of them. How much are you paying in the end deposit and montly?

Ha Ha i couldnt remember how much i was paying 5 mins after i ordered em bud..

think it was just over £50 deposit and just under £50 a month for 12 months..

Let us know what you think of them cause I'm definitely tempted after reading too many bad reviews of tein s springs so they will be going on ebay.

Well my HSD coilovers arrived today but they are not as advertised by Driftworks. They have no camber adjustable pillowballs on the top of the struts. I have sent Driftworks an email asking them to send me some mono ones with no extra charge for the inconvenience but they will probably tell me where to go. Worth a try lol

They're advertised with top mounts aren't they?

Been in contact with Driftworks today and they said they have no idea as to why the top mounts on my suspension are wrong and they are working on getting me some replacements. It may take a few weeks but they said they have no issues with me fitting the ones they sent out so I can get the car through its MOT.
So yes they were supposed to have the pillowball camber adjusters on the tops but they don't

Bit of a strange one then, wonder how they managed to have them top plates in the box, do they actually make some coilovers that are not adjustable then.

At least you are going to get sorted with the correct ones in the end, have the offered you anything for the trouble it's causing you

Not really Steviedoo but I have a feeling they are going to send me some replacements and let me keep the ones they sent me.

And yea they where amazed at what I got because HSD coilovers are All top adjustable units lol.

Main thing is theyagree and there is no fight that way.

I would maybe ask them for something in the way of compensation for the fook around and they should then seek if from HSD themselves as they will find it easier to hit HSD with a bill or take the hit themselves to keep a customer happy.

Just waiting for my top plates guys, I got an email on Thursday saying they have to get them air mailed and I should have them in 2-3 weeks

Bloody pisstake but at least they are trying to resolve the situation..

I knew I should of ordered the more expensive ones grrrr

Air Mail but 2-3 weeks, think they are taking the piss a plane could fly round the world quite a few times in that length of time.

These are actually cheaper on Ebay by the same company, you can get the more expensive MONOPRO ones for the same price as they are selling the cheaper ones on their website, so they are still from Driftworks but off their eBay account instead of website.

Weird. Must be a pricing error as the 100pcd mono are £775.
