| As above, bought second hand alternator off Drew a while ago, gonna giv it a good clean and lick of chrome paint to match TMIC, is it a difficult job to remove and replace, looking at it, looks like you just release tensioner and couple of bolts? Is it worth replacing belt while its off? Is there a specific tool needed for tension setting? Please excuse my ignorance, as car running perfect and don't want to fook anything up? Cheers | |

| Disconnect the battery terminal firstly, before doing anything else.
Its fairly straight froward to remove alternator if you have a basic set of tools.
Inspect the belt for cracking and perishment, if it's fairly new then leave it on, if not been changed for awhile i would personally replace it for the cost involved. | |
