| There where 3 people who climbed out of the Civic, not a nice site to see.
A helmet is not required.

Don't think Top Gear wore helmets when they had their Ring challenges either.

The car did well, stuck to the road as you would expect. If I go next year ill be putting some bigger brakes on it as they did go spongy towards the end of each lap. There were loads of amazing cars in the car parks, some you would only imagine seeing in magazines. Thanks for the comments on the pics.

| Not sure I'd have the bottle to take my own car on for fear of stuffing it like that civic, wouldn't like to try and explain that one to my insurance company!!
Great pics tho | |

Great pics tho Accidents like that generally only happen when people try too hard there, drive too fast and dont know the track. No reason why it would happen if driven sensibly. Even my wife has driven a lap in mine there.

| Ive always thought that looked like a great run out. Ive been on a few track days thrashing fleet cars at Donnington and Oulton Park. Ive even been round Oulton in a Van Diemen single seater, for ten laps or so and they can get out of shape well quick (big respect to the F1 boys), but the ring would be the ultimate I think - not that Ive got the bollocks to take my car there of course. | |
