It depends on the millage, history of the 2.5, & also there are alot of classics out there that have had a few quid spent on them, (shiney bits) but the undersides are noiglected, & most are now rot boxes. (How olds this car 16yrs?) How longs the box been running 400lb.ft ?. If it gets driven to its full potential, IMO it won't be health for very long. IMO try getting a hold of the previous owner & i'm sure he'll give you the history of the car (warts n all as he no longer owns it).

True been trying to get hold of last owner but can't seem to get hold off
engine meant to have 4k on rebuild with bill to prove rebuild
