| Better off with an MD321 turbo they spool better and are standard fitment so no need to buy the expensive rotated pipe work

| If its a billet it will be drivable, however as Natski says you would be better off with a standard position turbo. I had a billet SC46 on my 2.0ltr before I went 2.35 and rotated. The SC46 was excellent on a 2.0ltr Sti lump with AVCS. I was on syvecs at the time also and Maf less. Just dont see any point in going rotated with a 2.0ltr, as the whole idea is to make space for the bigger sized based turbo's which aint gonna spool well on smaller capacities. There is no replacement for displacement. | |

| agree with steve, you would be better with a md321t. there was a guy on here who had a white classic with a gt30 rotated setup (cant remember his name) and his didn't spool till after 4k. It did hit hard after that. | |

| Well ive got jdm avcs heads for it and .63turbine housing to help it, my thoughts were that people run a 35r on a 2.1 so a 30r on a 2litre would be the same or does it not work lyk that? | |

Standard block you will have to keep the boost down too. 35r on a 2.1 you'd wanna be running 2.2 bar as the new design wheel really kicks in after 2 bar. I had a 35r on a 2.35, 30r on a 2.1 is the norm unless you have daft cams. If it were me I'd go standard location turbo sc46 or 321t with a perrin hard inlet.

| Block is closed deck, cosworth pistons and rods, nitrided crank acl bearings. I want to use meth also either aem spray kit or just add 20 percent to fuel will that help spool do ya think, i must admit alyn at as performance did not recomend such a large turbo and advised me to get the md321v but i was havin non of it, daft realy but ive never seen either of them in action and the 30r just seemed more apealing, what kind of power are you making on the 2.35 n when does it spool the 35r

| Hi, I think my white classic is the one Iddy is remembering, as stated it was a 2lt (Cdb) with forged internals, running a rotated gt30 with.63 rear, It made 1bar by 3900 and 1.9 very shortly after 4000-4100! And pulled well passed 7k. As said though it depends where you want you want your powerband? I enjoyed the split personality of it, easy to drive off boost or keep it above 3.5k and it was always ready to go! The biggest issue I found was it was so savage on boost it was difficult to find places to use it on the road! Never a dull time driving it though | |

| Well that doesnt seem so bad to me, am i right in thinking i will gain a little spool from the large port avcs heads aswell? Also what power did you make at 1.9bar | |

| I'm lead to believe up to 500rpm can be gained in spool from avcs heads, although large/small port is another discussion altogether! I never had a rr graph for the 99ron 1.9 bar map as I never had the nerve with the standard short ratio 5spd box! To say it was on borrowed time was an understatement lol although the car was mapped with preservation of the box in mind. I know it's also believed by some mappers ( including Simon roe who mapped mine) that a rotated setup can aid spool/ air flow but by how much I don't know? | |

| I ran that turbos bigger brother for a while s215 it spooled will on a 2.35 but struggled to make the figures even on meths,
Gary you'll prob need a higher/ fuel pump cos the walbro 255 won't flow enough for the s206b
