| Steve - the list I had for mine if I remember correctly were:
Forged Pistons (I have Wosssner pistons in mine) Forged Connecting Rods (I have CP Carrillo in mine) ACL Race Bearings ARP 11mm Head Studs Head Gaskets (Subaru or Cosworth) Sump & Oil pickup Pipe (recommended changed on the Hawkeye) 11mm modified oil pump (I think) New Cambelt
Hope I haven't forgotten anything!
Places like Lateral Performance do forged kits - but I am sure Andy K or Drew could point you in the right direction for suppliers

| Cheers Mario, just gives me something to go on and start pricing everything up, still liking the extra kick mine has at the minute, but it is something id like to do | |

No probs mate There are other things you can do to strengthen your engine block - like get it pinned and that will see it safely to about 500 bhp - I didn't get mine pinned but I am sort of wishing I had done while the engine was being done at the time anyway. You could also do a 14mm head stud upgrade. But I never beast the car anyway......often...just the odd rush of blood to the head. The list is endless really, but as mine is my daily driver I didn't want to turn it into a complete undriveable monster.....but enough to have some fun with  |

| If you are planning on staying under 450hp as I am the parts required are minimal as the main issue is the pistons, along with CP pistons I am having ARP 11mm head studs fitted but staying with subaru gaskets. The only other thing is fitting a 2.0 sump, with killer B Motorsport baffle plate and 2.0 pick up pipe, this is to move away from the problematic twin scroll sump setup that was fitted to the 2.5.

| Remember things like fuel injectors, fuel pump, head work such as port and polish etc... | |

| Yeah, I am sticking with the 565's as they can handle my power goals, am also fitting a HRC 340.
Other mods are, ported TGV deletes, full 3" exhaust and a JMG20GBillet to replace my 18G

| Sounds good, its all the extras on the engine that add up quickly aswell,
Side note - JG recon a billet 20 will spool up well on a 2.1 with V4Sti head as opposed to AVCS

| Yeah it should do mate, I prefer free flowing heads to AVCS anyway, much better for spool when using the right headers. | |

| My Hawkeye WRX was forged last year by Andy Kindon. When Andy stripped my engine down one of the piston ring lands had went but was still intact so very lucky. Spec is similar to Mario's.
Jonny are you going FMIC ? What power are you hoping for ?
I'm very tempted to do some more MOD's to mine.

| Think I would do the same Jonny, 400ish would be nice and the added reliability of the forge pistons | |
