Air pipes for dump valve turbo waist gate to 3 port Sorry And 3 nipples on inlet manifold
Are they 3mm ?

Internal diameter is probably 3mm

Import car parts sell blue silicone air hose 2-3 quid a metre. Internal diameter is 3mm 5mm with wall thickness.

Ahhh I see, would use rubber as the non supported silicone splits very easily, if the turbo to solenoid one splits it can blow your engine very quickly.
3mm ID is a bit Small, go for rubber 4mm ID or 5mm ID for the turbo nipple with a dropper.
