| Awesome pictures as usual Rick, what lens were most of these taken with, I've just bought myself a Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM to try and get some decent motorsport pictures but haven't tried it out yet. | |

| Hi Stevie, all were taken with the 100-400L lens. You don't need long lenses at croft, IMHO, close enough to the track as it is.
Next meeting is 19th Jan, but typically I'm on nightshift....may be forced to put some hols in....depends on forecast & entry list tho. | |

| Typical, I'm also on nightshift on the 19th so looks like I'll have to wait till another time to try my new lens out, L lens is just a dream for me can't justify spending that much on a lens, so just hoping the one I've bought is still good enough to get some half decent pics. | |

| I'm sure it will be. It's got the IS on it which will certainly help steady the "panning" shots, some of which are as low as 1/100th sec.
