What don't you like about the carbon wrap, if you get it done with the good stuff rather than the cheap crappy stuff it should look fine, the 3M viny is about the best and looks like real carbon as it's not just printed it's actually weaved.

dont carbon wrap it its a nightmare aswell as looking tacky my mate done his 5 series m5 replica and if when washing you rub the wrong way it scratches it its rubbish
and the carbon roof skins you dont have to remove your roof skin to fit them they can be bonded over the top of the steel roof skin just have to be trimmed down first and all the gutterings need trimming and bonding back on but it is doable as i looked in to it not cheap at £699 mind

My bonnet is white carbon wrapped and that does not scratch, it is the good 3M wrap though and not the cheap stuff

What about talking to Locky about getting it sprayed with that stuff he did the canary yellow Focus in ? Plenty of different finish option for you to mull over. Pretty sure he said that stuff just peels off so nothing lost if you dont like it apart from a few quid.
