Anyone got experience of removing the roof rails on an estate? Can it be done without dropping the headling. I know am gonna be left with holes in the roof that will need filling. I was thinking of taking them off and getting a carbon fibre wrap on the roof

Yes ya need to drop the head lining on each side, there's 2 nuts on each mount just use sikaflex to seal the holes
