The time as come to change the front brake pads on my widetrack sti. What pads are people using/recommending. Any thoughts and opinions are appreciated

Pagid - very good pads. Drew on here used to supply them at very good prices. Send him a PM and see if he can still source them.
Performance Friction are another good one - Alyn at AS Performance in Birtley does those AFAIK
I had Ferodo DS2500's on my rears and I really liked them - they are expensive and people say they are dusty, but I never noticed as I cleaned the car so much!

I got discs and pads off Andy Kindon pal not exactly sure of the name/make of them but they're shit hot you could always give him a shout and he'll sort you out.

I was thinking just pads at the minute. Is there a noticeable differe from standard with the upgraded discs and pads on the standard calipers?

Yea mate when I'm giving it some along country roads my standards used to get hot after a bit stick and they didn't wonna stop me. The uprated ones he's sorted me out with are there all the time to slow me down

I have the same set up as Nick, my car stops without problems now, before with the standard discs and pads it was bum twitching time
