| ive now got my td05 16g turbo on and my side feed cdf fuel rails and fuel lab fuel pressure regulator also got an aqua mist atomizer intercooler water spray kit fitted to front mount with an intercooler charge temp gauge fitted in to the hard pipe just after the intercooler on the intake side ive also got a set of 550 injectors to fit just before map got fmic harvey up pipe titanium heat wrapped bellmouth decat downpipe titanium heatwrapped 3" straight through from decat hks system k&n induction kit headers have been ported and polished and titanium heat wrapped have an sti inlet that has been ported and polished and the throttle body machined exact to the inlet entrance walbro 255 fuel pump have got my air fuel ratio gauge ready to be set up im wanting to know if there is anything else that i could look at before map day to improve potential figures also would it be advisable to fit my abw arches and wider wheels before or after the map due to posibilities of catching and damaging the car ? thanks in advance | |

| unsure if it will be of any help but ive also put a exeddy fast road clutch and 6.5kg lightend and balanced flywheel in and had diff and gearbox oil changed along with engine oil | |

| cool ill be needing a new gearbox soon enough then i was going to buy gary's 6 speed but he aint selling now is there an alternative you could recommend ? | |

| yea ive just bought a cdb bottom end to start my forged build but wont be done until end of year ideally

| 6 speed conversions are easy to find, around £1450 get you an early 6 speed and all the kit. | |

| If your only running 350bhp you box will be fine it's once you hit 380bhp + on 20g they start to blow up but depends how you drive
My dccd 5 speed box stop me from going any high when it was mapped As was advised to keep it low to save box
Nice spec stand 6speed go for around £1400 so around 70k on clock buyer selling one if you want dccd looking at 2k + for full set up
It's cost me £1850 for box and bits brembo rear callipers and disks £250 then need 6 speed clutch for around £300 mark Then fitting lol

| Get a billet 16/18 and keep it at that, a 20G is healthy but later spool for a road car. If I was doing a road car a billet 16/18 from JMG would be my choice.

| cheers lads yea it will be a road car i dont drive it too hard gary mate i dont really drive it at all ive also just bought a wrx wagon that im going to convert to a pick up so got a bit of a job on there as for the 6 speed i wont have the spare cash till probably july time so they will likely be gone by then but i appreciate the links ill look in to the billet 18g for the forged lump and ill keep you all informed of what figures i get | |
