my arche was rotton too as i couldnt find any replacement arches i had to make my own and i hadnt done anything like this before and wouldnt like to do it on someone elses car im sure a good body shop could do it. some pics of what i done
my arche was totaly rotton
so i cut it all back to fresh metal
then got a piece of sheet metal and cut sqaure pieces out and tacked them in place then welded them
i then had to get my arche line so i got loads of a4 pieces of paper and stuck them together to make 1 big piece then went to the oppisite rear quarter and stuck it on the quarter and arche and drew the quarter and arche line carfully onto the paper then cut it out and stuck it on the rear quarter i was doing lineing it up best i could i then drew the arche line onto the pieces of metal then i got my arche line i then cut it out carefully with a grinder to get my new arche(sorry got no pics of cutting the paper arche) this is a pic of the paper template on the arche
i then needed a lip to go round the arche so i cut 10mm stripps out of the metal sheet and tacked it round the arche
then started to catty it in smooth and then paint it and see were needed more catty doing this a few times then i just let the bodyshop do the rest its not perfect but i tried
