Boost gauge question Empty
PostSubject: Boost gauge question   Boost gauge question EmptySat 10 May - 20:06

I have had my car on the diagnostics and confermed it is running 1 bar boost

I have fitted the pipe on my boost gauge and it doesn't seem quit right it shoots al the way to 20 psi then falls back to around 15 but in 4 th if you floor it ,it just bounces off 20 I have a vid but don't no how to put it up

Don't no if it is just because it is a cheap gauge

PostSubject: Re: Boost gauge question   Boost gauge question EmptySat 24 May - 18:17

Is there any mechanical boost gauges that are accurate as both these cheap ones I have ready high the one that is on now says it spikes to around 19 psi and boost at around 16-17 psi but when I had it pluged into the torque app it said it's boosting at 1 bar which is fine

Get something like a blitz boost gauge, they can be picked up on eBay for around 20-30 quid

Finn has a blitz one for sale in this thread-
