i would like to fit a louder back-box for the weekends or meets/shows etc and put my 05.00am start friendly one on during the week, is there any way to do it on a revolution exhaust, most exhausts are fanged and bolt together but the revolution is slip-jointed and clamped,

Buy slip jointed exhaust and pray it fits the same or make the one you buy slip jointed.
Tomei expreme titanium exhaust is slip jointed and is loud as feck.....not cheap tho.
Or another option is to buy my spare revolution back box and get it sleeved/remove the sound deadening

not rocket science, Remove back box. Fit a 3" slip jointed pipe , (jetex, the people who make Revolutions system, have off the shelf parts) weld a hanger onto it, wallah, team ice system. And probs quite a few complains,

The key word was Jetex , you obviously didn't read my reply fully, Jetex make the system for Revolution. No need to cut & shut as you say, just need a bit imagination.
