wats special about classic v limmited

any help welcome , ps come on guys help me out

STI with a special badge Not totally sure but was talkinf to Yellowperil yesterday and fresh imports are fetch between 5-6k.

V-ltd just means limited edition, type R's and RA's tend to have a roof vent on 98 on classics, oh yeah and a nice little badge as Steve says

v limiteds were brought out to celebrate different subaru rally victories,the v stands for victory.usually get the numbered plaque on the boot stating which number it is.mine was to celebrate the 1995 championship.so comes with the badge on the boot and embroided fia patches on the seats.mine only gets a short ratio gearbox,alloy bonnet,and a couple of other things.oh and the 53c paint.not all of the v limiteds were sti's.no number 13 produced as mr tommytookamota thought they were unlucky

mines on a z4 ecu,had a prova chipped z4 in it when imported.

What model and year is it Col?

in a classic a v limited runs the same ecu as its equivilant, ie a V5 type r V-limited has same ecu as V5 type r, there is no mechanical difference in a V limited only very slight cosmetic differences (some pre 96 v limited had short gearing), an ra has some mechanical changes usualy shorter gearing, its also possible to get an ra V limited too just to add to the many different jdm models available

on at 96 pre face lift one , been to see it to day , wat a shed cars been to moon and back , and looks it , but seen nucurios 2000 uk mod , face lift for sale thinks me may be having a look at that , does he look after his cars , any help peeps
