any info on 2.5 impreza's blowing headgaskets and poping pistons for no reason

few headgaskets blown around the 370ish bhp mark mate. as far as i know, was mainly the hatchbacks that had major problems with crap quality pistons that were cracking/breaking up. both UK STI and WRX Hawkeyes run cast pistons, not sure about the hatch but would guess the story continues with them mate.
