Dark Grey 3 series BMW cruising around Bishop with 2 plain clothes lads in it. Reg plate starts SM09. Very discrete blue light in the front bumper. I clocked them on Etherley Lane and slowed down for a closer look. One of the cheeky fkers actually winked at me when he realised I'd sussed them.
