Most people seem to favour the Millers 75w-90Gearbox Oil.

You can get it in two grades:
TRX - Semi Synthetic.
CRX - Fully Synthetic (Competition Grade).

Plenty of other choices out there.

Yup, I'll second the millers.
As kushbex said there are others out there:
Motul Motylgear 75W-90
Mobil Mobilube 1 SHC 75W-90
Motul Gear 300 75W-90
etc.

You'll need about 3.5L

If it was me I would use the Fully Synthetic but you may experience notchy gearchanges until the box warms up a bit.

Plus the price is a major factor.
