scooby vs evo Empty
PostSubject: scooby vs evo   scooby vs evo EmptyThu 31 Mar - 20:34

I had the chance of giving an evo 8 and bit of a thashing today, i've driven evo's before but this is the first time i've been able to give one a decent length run and get it openned up.

Verdict.

Give me my classic scoob any day. The evo was quick but i found it a very harsh drive it was bouncing all over the road and the power delivery wasn't as fun as an impreza. I suppose technically not having the same lag as the scoob should be considered a good thing but for me overall it was not as nice a drive as the mighty scoob

I drove an Evo 6 one time and I thought it was really slow and it supposedly had 300bhp.

I owned an V111 mr340 running 408/397 for 2 years, they are a harsh ride but i loved mine would have it back any day, unreal in the corners, and stayed with most thing to 120mph, cons are running costs, insurance, servicing, there all crazy on them. Dont worry i love the scoob aswell lol
