4 weeks to go till the big day feeling fit did 9 miles yesterday in an hour and 15 mins and that was just a nice steady pace didn't push hard I'm also at the gym every other day so am defo looking less than 2 hours hoping for between an hour and 30/40
Some people seem to be down on charity's so i looked into how the money was spent and the little snippet below cut and pasted of the oficial site Say's it all 79p in every pound donated go's directly into research they actually post up there accounts so it's all totally transparent I'm not asking you to send me to Timbuktu to live it up while doing some random thing, couple of quid and I'll put myself through 13.1 miles of hard tarmac till i hit the coast and it could potentially benefit a lot of people
Thanks Guy's and Girl's means a lot
Q Where exactly does my money go to?
79p in every pound expenditure goes to cancer research. Our Finances page details our income and expenditure, and how much is funded to each university.

A massive thank you to everyone who sponsored me means a hell of a lot. Training for next year starts next week a sub 2 hour time and top 10000 finish will be done

Well done John i'd done an hour and 30 in training but obviously peaked to soon and starting in the middle of the field didn't help. Last year i had a break and didn't really begin training till march not this time straight back to it i'm obbsesed with cracking 2h and not just by a min or 2
Thanks aswell Phil mate
