Well most of yu will know that car is off the road again Driving car all going well until it just dies as if lack of fuel So have changed fuel pump but still won't start ! And can't hear fuel pump Prime at all ! all fuses are fine, sounds like alarm/immobiliser deactivates It's turning over just seems as if no spark
What's the next thing to check
Cheers guys [right]

Hey Shaun, Why not run a fused live to your fuel pump and check to see that it runs as you will soon hear it whirring away. If it does then try to start the car - if it does start then you have a break in the wire somewhere and then you could just run an ignition feed straight to the pump to keep you going.
If that doesn't work you may have a faulty crank/cam sensor.

Well found a water damaged relay and fuel pump relay not Engaging either so tried running bridged wires and still no Joy ? Next gonna try replacing relays and cam nd crank sensors now And then take it from there !

Have u tried to see if you have a feed at the pump if not try running a live from btry to pump and see if it pumps (or a neg and a pos feed of btry if that doesn't work could be a dodgy earth ?)
If the above works at least it will tell u your pumps ok and its your wiring which you will have to trace !

The alarm is a cat1 so only disabling the fuel pump. Fuel pump relay getting power to the coil from the ECU but not pulling in. So i bypassed the relay. Pump running ok. But still wont fire. The alarm relays seem to be working can here them click in and out ,and once the fuel relay had been bypassed and the immobilizer was on the pump didn't run until you turned the alarm off.
If i didn't have to go to work Muzz i would have took the alarm out altogether as you said you were getting a new one fitted to eliminate the alarm altogether.
Let me know what happens when you get the new relays. Free most nights to pop over if you need a hand only 10mins up the road

it's the cat on fire lamp. As far as i am aware this light won't cause any running problems. it just goes to a temp sensor in the cat

I believe cat 1 alarms have two immbiliser circuits, some super duper alarms have 3 circuits.
What alarm is fitted?
