STi Brembo pads

Strange request but method in me madness

If anyone has a STi Brembo front brake pad handy could you put a photo of it (friction material side up) on here please?

Also if you could measure the pad from side to side and top to bottom for me please?

Well thats not the right pad for me calipers

Pads are quite a bit smaller than the STi so hope these Brembo GT's are as good as they say

What have you measured the pads at???

The pads are 109 x 51.5 (332x32mm disc). Seems quite a small pad so I'm a bit worried that they arn,t gonna be any better than the WRX 4 pots.

The advantage you will have over the standard set up is the disc size, that alone will give you a big improvement over standard.

They are listed as an upgrade so with the bigger discs it should be an improvement and hopefully be less fading due to heat. Just suprised at the size of the pads and started flapping

Ah well, at least I'll have Brembos like the big boys - image is everything

Double good news Got new pads sorted today and they aren't as small as I first thought compared to the STi Brembos. Pads are also a hell of a lot cheaper than the standard 4 pots and Brembos

And I got confirmation that the calipers are more than up to the job and a better design than the STi ones, (as they were advertised, cheers Finn and Shoobydoo - didn't doubt you's but didn't do me homework before buying ) so well happy
