id personally for a vf28. The vf28 very similar characteristics to a vf29 smaller turbo than the other 2 listed.

I had a vf29 on my car for approx 2 hours Smile but i managed to blow it up Smile so went back to a vf22 as i couldn't get my hands on a vf29!
