| Yes I know, me again. When I'm looking on fleabay at the STi Intercoolers. How do I tell from the photo if it will fit my 04 WRX. Ive mailed one or two people who havent stated which year of car its for, but they havent replied and there are a few finishing soon that I'm likely to bid on, whether I know or not, in the hope of getting a bargain (yes I know you are rolling your eyes right now) I'd rather not buy the wrong one or mr greer will no doubt beat me around the heed with it. Advice please, easy to follow pictures even better | |

| Count the cooling bars (dunno tech name) along the intercooler mate - the V7/8/9 one's you want have 34, WRX and some earlier STi's have 30 STi one you want - 34 bars WRX (One you have now) - 30 bars Hope it helps | |

| Bugger. Following Robbos logic, the three I was looking at (which had STI decals on) are all 30 bar ones not 34, so presumably no bloody good for me. Just going to have to dig deep then. | |

| I dare say it would work, I am almost sure the spacing is the same on the back of the intercoolers, very much doubt they would change it for 1 model, too much engineering and tooling costs involved. But....it is Subaru we are taking about here so anything is possible | |
