i'm about 15st 10lbs at the moment, get down to 15 again and i'll be happy

the wife keeps a copy of the 1st one on the kitchen window cill, helps to keep me nose out of the fridge and cupboards

haha, it took me about 8-9 months to lose 4 stone

was me new years resolution the year me and nic got married (2006), we got married in Barbados,in the October, couldn't have her marrying a big fat slob

I've had the odd re-lapse, but seem to be getting back in control

jonny, just cut out a lot of the crap, crisps,pastry etc, cut back on things like bread and get plenty of exercise

I was power walking at least 5 miles a day, takes about 1hr 15 mins, job done

them pics are from about 6 years ago I think
