You can get away with those mods without a remap, sounds like you have an air leak if it is making a new noise, this will also cause extra fuel usage. Check the gasket between the dumpvalve and intercooler as the can leak from there, Did you fit the forge DV at the same Rome as the sti intercooler?
You shouldn't hear any difference when swapping intercoolers

All depends how you drive it mate round town I get 200 mile to a full tank and that's between 65 and 70 quid to fill I give it some beans then your looking at about 150 mile to a full tank if you stick between 70 n 80 mph on the motor way you will probably get the same round about 200 mile but all subarus are different there a lass on here who gets 90 mile to full tank if that makes you feel better

Definitely sounds like something wrong there. One annoying tw@t on here gets 300+ miles from every tank. Hopefully he doesnt read this and start posting, he's a right wonka.

Hav you blanked the old return pipe from the standard dump valve to the inlet before the turbo? Or when you've been fitting these bits you myt of pulled that pipe out of where it goes onto the intake pipe before the turbo! Bit of a pain to get to lyk! Lol
