And fitting vf43 sti turbo
Do I need any thing else apart from a map to make 350bhp and is there a cat in the up pipe?

ported headers made my torque figures a lot better

gary,
Ported headers will help spool and produce better hp and torque... you dont need to replace them just get yours ported,

I love FMIC but not needed IMO until around the 400Bhp route, youll loose more in lag than the increase in charge temps below 400Bhp . Of course this is personalty preference

i know mate i like the look and feels fine on car and imsure wil be lot beter once new turbo fited i had a sti on befor and a scoby clinic one but like the fmic beter

God loves a tryer they say lol in all honesty id offer cash if it was going up for sale......but going off the bhp Gary is after just saying he's better off with tmic it makes sence IMO
