Currently collecting various parts for my WRX and tonight secured a set of STI pink 550cc injectors for the princely sum of £100.. Add to that Finns VF35 (and hopefully ported headers) and a 3 port boost solinoid from Drew I now only need a walbro and decat up-pipe which Alyn will hopefully be supplying and fitting along with the above parts... All ready for Duncan to remap again.. Really looking forward to getting it all put together but I do have some reservations about the clutch and gearbox.. the clutch isn't a biggy to replace but gearbox is serious wonga.. Anyone had good/bad experiences carrying out these mods on a WRX? One thing that does bother me is first thing on a morning when she's cold starting it can be a bugger to get into reverse
Would this suggest clutch/gearbox or no big deal as the engines racing on cold start?
