| Ive had a Baileys BOV on my 04STI since I bought it (fitted by previous owner),, Im getting a bit sick of the sound and sometimes it opens a bit when your just sitting at 80 on the motorway (spring must be getting weaker) thinking of replacing it with a recirculating one or a new BOV with a stronger spring (Forge??)....... Any recommendations??
Also is there actually any performance benefit to a BOV?

| Spot on. Standard defo sounds like the way to go then, that's what Andy Forrest recommended when he mapped it as well. Thanks again matey | |

| I have ran a forge and now have a HKS without any issues at all, the bailey DV's have notoriously soft springs so can cause idle issues. | |

Yeah I wouldn't recommend the Baileys like, its just a bit irritating how you can hear it opening when your just crusing at 80 - 90pmh then have to either ram your foot down to shut the fooker or let off then start again. Just agreed to buy an OEM valve off ian (STI04) so that should sort it
