| he has been on the phone and it apparently burst into flames under the bonnet. looks like more than an engine fire to me like. what a waste though. another nice example of a rare car gone. a piece of me has died with it :-( | |

| Ah well the fire services will be able to tell where the fire/fires took hold .. so its not just the engine bay involved they will be able to see whether there are any other 'seats' of the fire ...
Is the buyer looking to get his money back? |

| like i say it looks like more than an engine fire to me. i would have thought that if an engine caught fire it would stay in that area and not spread past the bulk head. there is literallly nothing left of the car! absolutely sickening after all the graft i put into it! im wondering how long it would take for a car to incinerate like that as the fire services havnt been on the scene for a good time. even the wheels/brakes have melted! just glad the owner wasnt hurt to be honest but theres some controversy about the situation. | |
