| can any share their idea with my gear box prob.
Normal driving is as should be but if i floor it in 2nd try enter 3rd i can never find it, the box will not go into 3rd if i use high revs/on boost, ill have to keep the cluth in wait for the revs to fall and then try for 3rd which goes in then get back on the power. I prob on use 2nd this way maybe once/twice a month but would rather know whats going on?

| nope just as silent as the other gears it just wont go in if floored from second i never have forced it mind i just come of the power let the revs fall from say 5,000rpm to 3,000 then shes engages back to warp speed | |

Totally agree, this can happen on 5 and 6 speed, it does not affect gear strength.

it could be worth having the fluid changed, the millers (crx nt) stuff is the dogs bollix, noticable smother gear changes, a 5 speed holds aprox 4 ltrs Andy
