Blitz Nur spec, how loud is loud?

I've been offered a blitz Nur spec off a classic for my new age wrx ( got somebody that can remove and re weld the hanger) but I'm wondering how much my neighbours are gonna hate me since it doesn't have a bung with it.

It's a back box and centre pipe I believe, looks 3" but gets smaller where it joins the down pipe, so hopefully it should mate straight onto my 2.5" standard pipe.

I've just got the PPP prodrive box on at the moment, and I know it will be a lot louder, just want some info on how much louder, is it unbearable in the cabin etc?

There's a nur spec on mine and its very very loud but mine decatted like

It will marry up with your 2.5" I had a full system on mine and now suffer from tinnitus

Unless your neighbours are the residents of a graveyard they'll definitely notice. I had a vortex afterburner on mine for a while and had to take it off and that's a good few db down from a NUR spec.

Fcuk the neighbour's they'll probably moan no matter what you put on, so might as well give them something to moan about

i can get it fairly cheap (i think) so i could just try it out and if i hate it, sell it and get my money back.

might go over and get it tomorrow, have it fitted in half an hour.

Loud enough to make your eyeballs shake in their sockets and give you a banging headache. Your neighbours will hate you and the police will too. Excellent quality exhaust just way too loud..

got 3" fully decated on mine and yes loud but quality sound, not to bad if you drive it slowly out ya street , will sell ya bung for £25 as i will never ever use it. happy days :

pretty sure im gonna get it tomorrow morning, i'll definitely take you up on that offer for the bung mate, occasionally do some long distance in it which will be noisy, i'll probably need the bung to keep my lass quiet

just get it done bud youll love it how a scoob should sound nice and loud ive got a cobra sports decat 3 inch on mine with resonated section.... i think its quiet most think its loud so its getting the res took out soon anyways

they are loud..........VERY LOUD! ive got a bung here off my nur spec if you need one mate. Its a death sentence driving long journeys without one! coming back from york raceway with gipa and thought i was driving in fourth gear up the a1 with the racket it made haha :-) itll shake your fillings out!

Had the same problem when I was trying to decide what exhaust to put on my blob sti, was worried the nur spec r might be too loud!! But then I found a clip on youtube which I've added below and just had to get it ha! It's not too bad with a cat fitted but really is quite loud decatted......it's how a Scooby should sound tho and sounds very similar to the prodrive setup with the bung fitted

i do like it though, sounds like a scoob should, but i can see me and my neighbors having a falling out ( never really liked them anyway )

it also looks the dogs all polished up.

its offending the delicate sensibilities of Durham County constabulary that worries me more
