my car is fine driving round town but as soon as i hit the main roads like A19 its over heating, i got this car off Mark78, he has tried flushing the system and fitting a new thermostat but its still doing it i've drained off the system and filled it again but it hasn't worked i've had to remove the thermostat for now until i can solve this problem, i've took it to a few garages but there all saying its defo not the head going as there is no signs of the head going.

check for bubbles in the expansion bottle, most garages will just look for emulsification in the oil filler, these things mostly dont show it in the oil

Yea Gav is right the boxter engines don't usually show the traditional signs of a blown HG.. Get someone who knows exactly what they are looking at to check it over..

Has it been bleed up properly ? Get it to some-on ewith abit know how to test for HC in the coolant system. Also maybe worth checking to see if the water pump is circulating correctly.
