how can you tell if one of your coilpacks is faulty? sometimes get a bit of a missfire in 3rd when accelerating and doesnt seem to pull. changed the plugs last month just wonder if maybe its a coilpack problem as its fine most of the time only had the engine light on once that was about 8 weeks ago and it started to flash and felt like it had lost power thats what made me change the plugs

Have you read the fault code?
If not that will be the place to start, if its a misfire from a faulty coil pack it will tell you.
