Just tried them both and they worked fine .. I originally posted from my laptop but just accessed the links from my phone .. so its not that stopping things ??

Your link worked fine, its just when its processing the payment its says it hasn't worked and to contact their help desk. Before anyone ask's there is plenty in my account, although not so much I should feel smug!!
