what is the best panel filter? i have been looking at the k&n, green and the cosworth one... is there any particular one that is better?

Jonny prefers the HKS panel filter which is a none oiled filter, the same as the Cosworth, but they are a service item.
I use K&N which is a reusable. I don't think you can go wrong with a K&N as long as you don't over oil it once cleaned.

tizer do you no the part number of your k&n filter? there seems to be 2 different part numbers for a 2006 wrx :/

HKS are the best flowing panel filter, are oil free and can be removed and washed out.
