| bro got done doing 36 in 30 zone got 6 points and £1000 fine
Or 3points and driven aware test for £86
My mate few month back done 39 in 30zone got 3 points and £60 fine
Or driven aware test and no points
How do they work that out | |

| Not speeding but I got done for dangerous driving years ago..dd40. 2 year ban 800 pound fine and to inform my insurance for ten years . horrible robbing piglets they are . its easy money for them . it even made it into the papers | |

That's standard mate. I'm a qualified broker, it come from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act '74. Taken as seriously as any DR or UT offence. Gary, seems steep, must have a reason though. They have to stand up and give evidence to say its reasonable and proportionate otherwise judge will throw it out. You need the offence log details, which you can request. | |
