Subject: Head Gaskets. Sat 11 Sep - 16:28
Got a chance of these head gaskets for £50. But looking on the RCM site it lists them as 96-98 fitment. I'll be running a CDB from my v1 with v3 sti heads these will fit won't they?.

well as far as i no u can fit sti steel gaskets on them all from v1 to 2000 mod mate , ran 1.6mm gaskets on mine with no issue mine was a 1999 bottom end with 1996 heads v2 , hope this helps mate

I was thinking along the same lines, so when i read the RCM fitment spec, totally baffled me.

its just dependant on the compression ratio mate . what gaskets are they? there are cheap ones out there but usually tend to be crap . Genuine ones are only £89 from ICP and imo, worth the price difference for the piece of mind.
