usualy caused by a high resistance between ecu comand signal and starter relay a volt drop check normaly locates the poor connection.. if you need any further wiring diagrams pin data etc let me know il see what i can dig out

just looking for some where to fix without paying subaru prices and i know i can remove the 2 green things in panel on osf but that just hides the problem...devildame666
