| c5-c6 c6-c7 and not sure how they widend my spinal canal lol...honest mate i was driving within 2 days but was dificult looking over right shoulder i have lost a bit of movement but dr says this is down to 2 different levels..i basic was back to work pottering about 3 to 4 weeks but i,m self employed gas fitter and the lad who works for me done most stuff lifting etc..i to have l4-l5 problem done the nerve block, traction hydro pool etc but its not compressing on cord just nerve and refused it until i,m fully recovered from cervical procedure...my other advise mate is go and buy some zinc tablets this speeds up your recovey and healing process at least a week before you go in...devildame | |

| Might be a bit late for the Zinc tablets bud as i get the op in the morning . They told me a could'nt drive for a couple of weeks and should be lying down as much as possible for the same period. Hopefully will be the same as you regards recovery then can get back in the motor pretty soon. Cheers Bud | |
