imo dont even bother with the red line stuff, the millers crx - NT (nano technology) stuff is by far much better, it also noticeably improves gearshift

Your not helping andy lol now im more confused will 5L of crx be enough for my box and diff ? the crx works out more £££ then the redline but i dont mind if it can help. My gear box cant find 3rd on high boost alot of reading suggest that redline can help with this im assume crx is the same but nothing on google

4.1 litres for gearbox and 0.9 litres for rear diff
but sounding by your symptoms the box sounds that it could be knackered..

Would you chance the 5L or get 5L+1L
yeah i dont undertstand the car never gets lanched always care for and it has a dummy out, if this does not help it getting part ex for an audi or another skyine

the gearbox and front diff are combined = 4.1 litres
rear diff = 0.9 litres
= 5 litres in total ....

if you have box issues, id just get the box sorted, once you change the oil, then you will need more as i wouldnt put it back in if the box is full of swarf!
As Pauls and Andy bith say Millers is of the best there is

getting the box sorted is not really an option at the moment need to buy some time so will be going millers for now
