I know these are prone to air locks so is there a way to change the coolant without getting one

Everone has there own method, for me i fill through the turbo coolant pipe, takes quite a while longer, but works for me, then for the next few days after running i let the car sit overnight with the cap off & top up accordingly.

Read a few that have said fill it through the turbo pipe, then when full start the car and put the heaters on full hot, then top up the header tank slowly sound about right.

Aye, once it gets upto temp the thermostate opens & the fans will kick in & you will get a sudden drop in coolant level. in the headr tank.

What a pig to do, did everything by the book and still had rushing water sound coming from the heater matrix, so I let the car cool right down and the header tank dropped about 1 or 2" so topped it up with coolant mix, then it dropped again so topped it up again this went on like this for 5hrs of topping the header tank every time it dropped, but the outcome is no rushing water
