Anyone know what the internal diamiter of the two narrow hoses that go from header tank to radiator on a newage are please?
Also -
Will re-routing the pipes cause any issues? (Obviously avoiding kinks/rubbing/etc)
Will silicone hose be OK to use - guessing they arn't high pressure hoses ar anything?

Theyre as high pressure as the cap will allow them to be. Gonna be chopping mine, seen quite a few done too.

Pressurised to just over a Bar iirc. If the coolant system wasnt pressurised then it would boil.

realy i just assumed having a exspansion tank high pressure would pop the lid on it. wrong to assume i guess

1 of them isnt under any pressure (just under rad cap to expansion bottle) the others a return/bleed from the rad which is under pressure but yes dave you can use silicone hose as andyk says its approx 8mm id
