Well a few of you will know I was thinking of selling the scooby,
I put the advert up on gumtree on Wednesday night @ around midnight.
I received lots of calls offering me 4500/5000 cash but I hung out and had it up for 5995.
Anyway a guy came from Lincoln on saturday morning paid the asking price n loved it.
He even phoned me on saturday night to say how much he enjoyed the drive home lol.
Next car.......I know it will not be another scooby even though I love them and that was my 8th .
But anything interesting around let me know.

What made you decide to sell it Martin, was a lovely looking car, hope you find something worthy of replacing it with soon, make sure you get something that puts a smile on your face as much as the scoob, great price you got for it.

A shame you've sold it .. I was shocked when I saw it on Gumtree as nothing was said at the meet but glad you got what you wanted for it Smile

So long as you are healthy mate, that's the most important thing.

Do you have anything particular in mind for the next one - 2 seater ragtop, American muscle, military, ford galaxy ??? Laughing

Well actually kieth were getting a brand new qashqai 360 next week,
So ill be driving melanies ST focus ,then that will be up for sale .
I'm looking at cars for me at the moment but I'm changing my mind every day .
I was pleased the bug went so quickly as I think if I had of kept it any longer I wouldn't have achieved the price I got for it.
I'm looking for something that's better mpg than the scooby ( but I know it will not be anywere as quick ),
No matter what I get it will be modded either before or after I buy it.
Will still come to monthly meets when possible though ;-)
